Chocolate Gujiya: This Chocolate Gujiya give a verity to your gujiya recipes. We all love chocolate and this perfect for the occasion.

Take half kg Maida, add 150 warm Grams Ghee add water and make a dough.

Put 2 litre milk in a vessel on high flame and reduce it for 25 to 30mins then add 250 grams chocolate. Let it be on gas for 5 to 10mins and then let it cool make a dough and add Chocolate chips.

Make small balls of the maida dough make small rotis of it and then give it gujiya shape.

For Syrup: add half litre water to 2 kg sugar and keep it on high flame for 10 to 12 mins.

Put Ghee on gas fry gujiyas for 15mins on low flame and then dip it in sugar syrup for 5mins.
6.
Garnish Gujiya with Silver warak and Chopped Pista and Kesar. And your chocolate Gujiyas are ready to serve.
